Foshan Steel: Steel truss installation procedures and order and precautions
Truss installation method and scope as follows:
1) High Altitude in Bulk: for all types of nodes connected grid, and should adopt the cantilever construction method less bracket;
2) sub-section or sub-block installation method: for stiffness and force status changed after the split in smaller grid, such as the two orthogonal Pyramid, forward evacuated square pyramid and other grids. Striping or block size should be based on the lifting capacity;
3) Overhead Sliding law: for Pyramid, being put PYRAMIDIC evacuated, two orthogonal Pyramid and other grids. Slip sliding unit should ensure become geometric invariant system;
4) Overall lifting method: for all types of grid, pan or rotate when lifting can place high in the sky;
5) enhancing the overall law: for peripheral support and multi-point support grid, available l plate machine, hydraulic jacks and other small machines for construction;
6) The overall lifting law: for multi-point fulcrum less support grid.
